The fine print
At the ticket office you must buy the entrance to the park with different costs which depend on age, nationality and the season in which you travel (Tayrona Park entrance fee is not included in the room rate), apart from the entrance fee you must pay a daily insurance to cover risks during your stay in the park.
From Zaino there is a 5 minute bus ride that takes you to a point where we will access the pedestrian trails walking approximately 50 minutes to the Playa Arrecifes Cabins.If you visit us by car, arrive at the parking lot and from there it is a 50 minute walk.En respuesta al coronavirus (COVID-19), el alojamiento aplica medidas sanitarias y de seguridad adicionales en estos momentos.Los huéspedes deberán mostrar un documento de identidad válido y una tarjeta de crédito al realizar el registro de entrada. We appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and found the food at the restaurant to be very nice. However, I did notice that the service could be very slow at times. Regarding the tents, I found them to be just big enough for two mattresses, leaving hardly any space for our backpacks. This made it a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I encountered an issue with the mosquito net, as it had some holes in it. Unfortunately, I was devoured by mosquitoes throughout the night, which was quite uncomfortable

We stayed at the camping late June 2025 in a tent. The tent was actually even bigger than we expected making it very comfortable. It was also fully intact, providing sufficient mosquito protection. We were provided with pillows and clean sheets. The showers/bathrooms are located conveniently next to the tents and are maintained very well (cleaned multiple times a day). Just the restaurant on the premises is not very good. So overall, we can totally recommend a stay here if you want to spend a night in the nation park and be at the beautiful beaches before the crowds arrive!

I stayed in a hammock and I was apparently the only one. The hammocks were comfy and they offered a locker for 50 000 pesos deposit (cash) The reception was warm and helpful. The restaurant was also good, everything is pricey at the park, so I didn't care about paying a bit more than usual. You can pay with a card, but remember to get cash before arriving at the Tayrona park area, even outside it's kind of hard and expensive to get cash.
