We came here as a surprise for my partners birthday and they did everything they could to make the days special for her. From a lovely birthday cake all the way to a greatly appreciated room upgrade. All the staff are extremely accommodating and welcoming and will help you out wherever they can. The views from this place are to die for and well worth the free shuttle service up the hill. Also the Chicken Tocino is the best I’ve had!

The view was absolutely incredible and the decoration of the room was stunning! The staff we so helpful and provided some of the best service I have had. It was also my girlfriends birthday and they made an extra special effort to make her have the best stay ever. Would highly recommend Karuna if you’re staying in El Nido!
