The staff at this hotel are amazing, including Val, Joy, Charlie, Arlan and the General Manager Eric . For the duration of our stay they were so kind and helpful, and we were very well looked after . Help with tours, extra towels for our trips/tours, recommendations , they ensured that we had a great stay .

The exceptional service of the hotel personal, the very beautiful and big room with a very comfortable bed! all the snacks and drinks in the room were for free! They also have a very nice Spa next door. the location is perfect right at el nido beach and still it was very quiet! the food is also delicious! and of course the 'piece of sky' rooftop bar and restaurant is a highlight!

Excellent customer service in a great location with an exquisite vegan a la carte breakfast. The staff was very friendly, and all non-hotel related issues (contacting day trip providers for missing information or giving first aid to an unfortunate jellyfish sting) were handled by the staff with ease.

EVERYTHING! Especially the staff, they were unbelievable. We were in El Nido for my birthday, the staff celebrated with us and gave a surprise balloons, cake, and a song for me, it was truly special!
