We had the best view with balcony. Staff were very attentive and gives plenty of advice about the do’s and dont’s for our own safety like drinking only from bottled water and being careful with the food we eat so we’re not kissing the toilet 😄

I loved how the front staff was very kind and accommodating. Especially coming from one of the staff members, Marichu. And I hope that she reads this review. Words cannot explain her kind attitude. She made me feel very comfortable there, always smiling when I walk by to the point that I almost felt shy because of how nice and caring she was. However, that's a compliment to her. I hope that one day I get you again if I ever come back to El Nido and this particular hotel. Because your hospitality made me feel some type of positive way internally. Very peaceful. Thank you for making me feel at ease and being very kind to the point I felt special as a guest at your hotel there. And I hope to see you again. =]

The beds are comfortable and the shower is great. We read about a noisy street, but we did not noticed that at all.
