My stay at this hotel was simply perfect, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible service from the receptionist Farah. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a warm smile and a professional attitude that truly made a difference. Farah not only helped us with a quick and efficient check-in, but also took the time to recommend local places to visit, where to eat, and how to get around the city. Her knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help at all times made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is very comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location, but Farah’s service truly elevated our experience to another level. It’s clear that she loves what she does and genuinely cares about the guests. Without a doubt, I will stay here again in the future and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you, Farah, for making our visit so special!

Nice appartement, good and clean. The Staff is verry friendly and helpfull. Specialy the front desk manager (Mr Fadil). It was the first time here, but It wasn't the last time. Like the arabic would say, Inch Allah.

My family and I recently stayed at the Oceana Mazagan Hotel for three nights and were impressed by the outstanding hospitality. The check-in process with Farah was quick and smooth—she was professional and answered all my questions. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The cleaning staff was absolutely marvelous—so kind and accommodating to all my needs. Breakfast was included, and it was both delicious and satisfying, providing the perfect start to our day. The hotel's pricing was very affordable, especially considering the exceptional customer service. Its location is fantastic, close to the beach, McDonald's, KFC, and plenty of attractions, making it easy to explore without breaking the bank. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
