The reception staff were helpful and super nice, especially Mr. Amr thanks alot to his efforts that he made to make our stay even better! The hotel is nice and cozy and its so good for a relaxing holiday Everything was super clean and also the room was really comfy and the view right infront of the room directly to the lagoon was amazing!
