Great communication from Nicolas. All information was super clear and timely. Nicolas is very friendly too. The room was perfect for my purposes. Large desk, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Nice to have my own bathroom. Loads of nice little details and attentions, like the coffee, the water, the snack. The area is lovely as well, I was able to run on the bicycle track and get some fresh air. The parking spot was appreciated, of course. The value for money alone warrants the 10/10 rating. :)

Everything was absolutely clean. Most of the things are new or in a very good shape. The place is quiet. The host is friendly and nice! Honestly, it was a great overall experience! Thank you and keep up the good work!

The room is very spacious, newly furnished and extremely clean and tidy. The hosts are polite, welcoming, respectful and responsive. And the environment is very quiet and relaxing, perfect if you’re looking for some peace of mind.
