The hotel is new so all facilities are clean and updated. Also the room was quite big and we had a generous balcony as well. The bed was very big and we had an additional bed for our child.

The location is nice, although overall it seems a bit unfinished and I am not reffering here to the 4th floor, that is under construction, but the rest of the building in some areas. Although, regarding the 4th floor, it's kind of annoying to hear construction workers during the day, especially when you are on a work trip and have to work, but I would assume it's even more annoying if you go for a holiday. The breakfast was decent and with plenty of choices, although nothing spectacular. Good coffee. Dinner was rather bland. The room itself was very large and comfortable, with ample storage spaces, the balcony is also very large, and while it was not on the seaside, the Bellona lake view is nice. Also very clean and the staff is nice.
