The hosts were great, communicated throughout, and were thorough with ensuring we had a smooth check-in and check-out. The details in their manual helped find and access the place easily. They included photos of the best entrance to the building so there was no confusion. They outlined what they have included and asked to follow a few simple tasks like take out the garbage and unplug the outlets. This was a quick one night stay for us, so we didn't get to enjoy the place as much as we would have liked.

Lovely apartment, wonderful hosts, check-in and out very easy. Perfect location for us near a conference. If ever in Edmonton in the same area we wouldn't look elsewhere!
