It was located close to the legislature grounds, so we had a good view of the fireworks on Canada Day and was close to the University of Alberta. We were also walking distance from some really good restaurants. The gym was good and the laundry room was clean. The apartment was also neatly kept when we arrived and Jae was extremely helpful and efficient when we had queries, at any time of the day!

The beds are really comfy . Very clean apartment with everything you need. We had a problem with the toilet, which was sorted out immediately. Great location. We will definitely stay again.

the owner of the house has very good education and he is very smart on set up his home. There are lots of books in his home that may mean he loves reading.
