Lovely property and a really warm welcome. Everything felt very quality, especially the bed sheets! Nice area with good restaurants and shops near. Easy to get into central Edinburgh with frequent buses.

We had an amazing experience staying in this place. From the moment we arrived, Steven made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. The apartment was just as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Steven went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, offering helpful local tips and being readily available for any questions I had. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. I really appreciated the quick reference guide book. The instructions in everything, i.e. washing washine use, heater, etc. I would recommend staying in this place to anyone looking for a cosy and stress-free getaway. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.
