The location is good..pretty central really and handy for access to most of the Edinburgh Fringe venues. Rooms are functional but compact.

Great location, very friendly staff, large bathroom, comfortable bed. Overall clean and well-equipped. Lots of young people there but it was quiet nevertheless. Mr. Rob at the front desk was very friendly, allowed us to check in early free of charge.

- Location works great, near buses stops and 20 min walk to city centre. - Very welcoming and nice staff - Facilities are great: laundry room, kitchen, playroom - Private room with own toilet. Very convenient and good value for money. Still, very small. We were 2 people and it worked well for 3 days but for more than that I think it can get very unconfortable.
