The fine print
LICENSED SHORT TERM LET PROPERTY
Upon check out, please ensure you take all of your personal items with you as regrettably, any left items to be posted back to you will incur a £10.00 administration fee plus cost of postage. Lost items will be disposed of one week after your departure date inclusive. All rubbish/recycling must be removed from the apartment before/at departure. Regrettably, non-conformity will incur an administration charge of £20.00 deducted from the security deposit.Please ensure you do not lose the property keys or lock yourself out of the property. A replacement key fee of £10.00 will be charged in the event of lost keys and a call out charge of £40.00 will be applied if it is necessary for a member of staff to retrieve keys or replace them. Maximum number of two guests staying at the property must not be exceeded. Please be advised that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can only be accessed by stairs. Strictly no additional services are to be added to the cable TV service and/or transferred to personal devices. Any additions will be charged for plus an administration fee of £50.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location was very near to the train station and not too far from the tram stop. Just off the main Princes street and surprisingly quiet. Bed was super comfortable with lovely linen. Clear instructions for the flat was helpful too. A lovely coffee shop is downstairs, a pub on the corner with a small grocery shop opposite and some independent restaurants nearby which were lovely. Instructions for the flat are simple to follow and it is well equipped.

all the small little touches like the first aid kit in the bathroom, the sewing kit etc. it was ideally located for everything tourist driven.
