Good facilities in property, definitely quite spacious. Nearby facilities fine. Moderate distance walk through Merchiston to get to very up-market shopping and dining area of Morningside. Was able to set up laptop and WFH in comfort.

The property is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is exceptional with quick and easy travel into the main attractions of Edinburgh. Genuinely feels like a home away from home and I think it’s extremely good value.
