We stayed during the Edinburgh festival, our fifth year going, and it was middling. We have definitely stayed in more central, and cheaper (and more expensive) locations. Room was clean, good sized and easy to get into. Walking to the bin shed provides good exercise.

Great studio apartment, very clean with washing machine inside the studio, and convenient location near public transport. The building overall had great facilities.
