We found the staff very kind and helpful The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we like to walk. To get to the Old Town was a little further but we didn't mind that. The hotel has a lovely little courtyard cottage garden at the rear, which I loved. There are guest toilets too so this saves you going back to your room if you're in the bar, lounge or garden. The breakfast was lovely and the homemade pancakes were delicious. When we asked to change rooms the lady who arranged this was wonderful, really lovely.
