Excellent location. Very close to frequent bus services (about 4-5 minutes walk). The host was friendly, engaging, helpful in terms of sharing her knowledge about Edinburgh. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower.

A very beautiful Victorian style house, with all the modern comfort. Great location, away from the busy center, but close enough with very well connected public transport. Very good quality beds, the entire family slept very comfortably. The delicious breakfast is served by the landlady, who is happy to share very useful tips about the city and the surrounding area.
