Superb location, very convenient by tram + bus to get to really anywhere. Excellent 3 bedroom with a very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, fast wifi.

We were 4 adults and a baby and stayed for 4 nights. This basement apartment is very clean although the inside bathroom smelt when we arrived. We ate in every evening but there is a lack of kitchen pots and pans, cups and cutlery. Apartment is spacious enough and only a 5 min walk from Princes Street. A good base to explore the city and eat out
