So pretty, so clean, so close to everything, 8 mins walking from a bus stop. We had a room of 4 (1 double bed, 2 single beds) with an attached bathroom and a little station with a kettle and coffee pouches.

It's centraly located and we could walk to the main places in Edinburgh. The owner was very responsive and accomadating. The beds were very comfortable and we had a really nice stay. Happy to reccomend.

Cosy and clean guest house in a great location (close to the centre), offered at a fair price. The rooms are nice and clean, and the host is very friendly and welcoming. Would stay there again!
