Good value for money. Located in a side street, off Leith Walk (10min by Tram to city centre). Comfortable bed. All the necessities provided in the room, which was clean and tidy.

A pleasant stay in a nice room. A comfy bed, nice bathroom. We were worried about the check-in, but the owner sent us all necessary info on how to enter the building and claim the key. Nice location, plenty of things in walking distance
