Four great rooms set in Edinburgh city centre, our property very much suits the independent traveler. Whilst we are always available, our guests can often enjoy the spaces we have to offer without interruption. Everyone is welcome in this safe space. The room has a distinctive charm of its own. Interestingly decorated and spacious. Excellent (above expectations) bathroom. Charming residence altogether.

What an amazing place, from the moment we arrived we were blown away with this lovely property. The whole building was stunning we loved the location, very clean and beautifully decorated room. The jacuzzi bath and having access to an outdoor courtyard was an added bonus. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive, providing us with a little fridge for our wine and wine glasses. David helpfully pointed us in the direction of little cafe for breakfast just across the road. We loved meeting the pets, felt like a home from home thank you.
