Reservations that include 31 December must be prepaid. Your credit card will be debited with the full cost of the reservation within 48 hours of booking. The prepayment is not refundable.The credit card used to secure the reservation will be used to for your accommodation charge in full 48 hours prior to arrival unless further instructions have been provided prior to arrival to use an alternative card. On arrival at the hotel confirmation of card details will be required for any additional charges during your stay and will be charged on check out.The hotel will charge a fine to any guests that smokes on the property to cover cleaning costs.When booking 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
