Location was convenient for me - close to centre and close to the relative I was visiting. Bed was comfortable. There was hot water.

Modest, unpretentious, but very clean and cozy hotel. The host is extremely kind and attentive. Good location - only 20 min. to the center, and the old town is even closer

It was within walking distance of the centre of Edinburgh.,transport available. I would come back to stay there again
