The property will contact the guest following their reservation.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.The Q-park is located within walking distance on Lauriston Place, opposite the George Herriot School.
When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Beautiful and inviting. The location is perfect for walking to the Old and New Town sites. Would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very helpful, too!

The hotel has a lovely ambiance & all the staff were so welcoming. The rooms were exceptionally clean & we had a lovely view over the internal courtyard. Breakfasts were delightful & the dining area, a relaxed place to start your day. We booked a table for an evening meal on the day of our arrival. Both the food & service were excellent. The hotel was in a fabulous location to be able to walk to most of the local attractions, restaurants & bars. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others.
