The rooms were well furnished and staff gave great comments about how to access the property upon arrival. Self check in made it easy for us to run on our own schedule as well. It had a very traditional feel and there were nice amenities in the room as well. The bed was so comfortable and the view of Arthur’s seat was exceptional. The property is within walking distance of the Old town, city centre and also Arthur’s seat.

Newly decorated room. The bed was comfy and a lovely view. We had a really lovely weekend and the owners were always there if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again
