Very close to the Playhouse and the castle. Murray the owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great

Murray and his staff are extremely friendly. A wonderful, homely guesthouse. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean rooms, with all the facilities required. A yummy breakfast with a good choice of hot and cold foods. An excellent location for the City Centre, attractions and shopping quarter.

Scottish breakfast was wonderful and there was also a great choice of cold breakfast items. The rooms were immaculately clean and well stocked with toiletries and teas/ coffees etc. The host was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful regarding local facilities and excursions. We were a large family group and had a lovely stay.
