Pre-payment is required for this property at the time of booking. If however the automatic system fails after receiving details of your credit card from Booking.com you will required to confirm the details and make an online payment via the operator's own secure guest area. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A formal confirmation email from the operators will be sent afterwards to provide instructions. Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. A late check-in fee applies and is payable on arrival in cash. Late check-in fees are: 19:00 until 22:30: GBP 15 22:30 until 00:00: GBP 30 00:00 until 02:00: GBP 50 The apartments is completely on the ground floor but does have a few steps to negotiate for access. Guest should specify the number of people staying at the property, including children, at the time of booking, to ensure beds are set up correctly on arrival. The location was great! Walking distance to all main highlights and close by grassmarket and Victoria street. The accomodation had everything you need, very clean and super nice there were two bathrooms.

the most significant is the location, The apartment is just on the very elegant Victorial Street, which makes us so convenient to walk every sites, Royal Mile, St Giles, the museum, Edinburgh University and several Chinese restarant. Also the room is very nice equipped, clean, elegant and the design is what I like.

Excellent location, very spacious, shower was excellent. Perfect location for the Royal Mile, Greyfriars Bobby round the corner, good eateries. Just brilliant.
