The hotel was not bad, it was located in a good place, it was not far from everything, we had buses at the door and the tram was 5 minutes away. The old town is a half hour walk away. Some of the staff were very friendly but others were unfriendly .

Situated quite well between city centre and Leith. 7 minute walk to bus stop for Royal Botanic Garden. Situated in front of a park and 15-minute walk from a fabulous dimsum bar. Seemed like good value for money as most well-known hotels are all over 100£/night in that area. It was a small but efficiently laid-out room sufficient for 1 person.

Budget stay in Edinburgh. Location is ok, walking distance (below 10 mins) from buses and trams going to the center and airport. Beds were just fine, door to the bathroom could have been more sound proof.
