The place is very accommodating for my family of 4. The check in process is very easy and clear. It is very nice and location was absolutely great and right in the heart of everything

The place is great altogether. I've been in Edinburgh many times but this is the best place so far. If you want to treat yourself, this would be a perfect spot. And you can see the castle from your window.

The location was absolutely amazing, and there were 4 of us. The apartment had one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two people. Check-in was easy and convenient. The tap water was drinkable. We had everything we could possibly need for our stay – from kitchen utensils and a coffee machine to a washing machine, a drying rack for clothes, an iron, and a dryer. There was a wonderful view from the window, places for breakfast on the corner, the TV had a great selection of channels, and the internet worked perfectly. The hosts were very responsive and replied very quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Edinburgh!

The hotel has a very odd check in and check out policy, check out 10am, check in 4pm. I know that hotel needs to clean the room in between guests, but sparing 6 hours for cleaning is too much. The staff is not very responsive in responding to our message as we faced difficulty with self check in. The room is pleasant however.
