Very friendly helpful people...from reception to cleaners. ( Colombian man in charge of the rooms is very professional and friendly). The receptionist not only help with the check in and check out also try their best for placed to visit advisers. Thank you very much to the lady who speaks Spanish

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Within walking distance of Greyfriars and many other interesting tourist spots. Minimarket nearby. Great value for money. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

All perfect. We could not have afforded to see beautiful edinburgh if we has not found such great and less expensive accomodations.
