If you’re a stag or hen party it was ideal. Original plan was to book premier inn rooms im glad we didn’t!

The property is well situated for Edinburgh town centre with a bus stop located right outside. There were a mixture of single and double rooms for a group of 12 staying. the house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we required before and during our stay I would probably say they are the best hosts that I have dealt with.
