Everything was over perfect, close enough to the center with buses at the door and far enough to offer a quiet place. Keiko who welcomed us was perfect , answers to all needs and discret at the same time, the perfect place to be when in Edinburg in a lovely typical ancient house.

Easy access to edinburgh through buses every 8 minutes or walking. Good shops nearby for breakfast and a 24hour M&S in a gas station for everyday needs. Room has a functional desk in case you have to do some work on the laptop. The room has a small radiator that can keep you warm during the day if needed, when the central heating is off. You can purchase drinks and small snacks on the premises. Check-in was easy, it was self check-in communicated in advance, which is great particularly if you are arriving late or want to be a bit more independent.
