The location of this apartment is amazing - so central and yet in a relatively quiet street. David provided ample instructions and advice (with pictures) in advance of our arrival, such that we were very clear about the self check in process and the parking (straightforward and safe). Also during our stay I had a small query about an appliance in the apartment and my e-mail was answered almost instantly by David, which was appreciated. Our daughters (young adults) shared the sofa bed in the lounge which they reported was spacious and comfortable (a mattress topper is available for it). Everything was spotlessly clean and there was loads of hot water at any time of day. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, quiet and safe, very clean and well equipped. We didn't miss anything, and we felt very comfortable. David was very kind and helpful, and I am grateful for that. I had a small problem with the keys upon arrival, but it was my mistake and David helped me and it was solved quickly. We will come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

Everything had been thought of, and there were a few groceries in the cupboard and fridge on arrival which was helpful. Everything we needed was there and easy to use

It was an amazing apartment, really comfy with everything you needed for a week trip as we've had. It's not far from city center, you can take a tram and get there faster or walk by if weather is nice. The host is amazing, and the info you're receiving is very helpful and he always looks up for you and your needs (might be a first when we received so much info ahead our trip). Area is pretty nice (added some pictures with the streets nearby) and close to restaurants, pretty safe I'd say, not always quite as it's close to a bus station but it won't bother you that much. Overall experience, really great, I'd recommend it.
