Allison House 17 is 2.4 km south of Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and the city centre. The regular buses take about 10 minutes to reach the city centre.

Check out time is 10:30. On check-out, the key must be left in the check-out key box in the lobby. Guests will be subject to charges if the key is not posted on check-out. You will also be subject to charges if there is any unreported damage to the property.
Please note the hotel is in a Georgian building and there is no lift, please advise in your booking if you require a room with no stairs, which is subject to availability.
Car parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Car parking is available on a 'first come, first serve' basis. If spaces are not available outside the front door of the property, there is free 24/7 on street parking on Peel Terrace.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Good value for money. Decent rooms with everything you need for a couple of nights. Cleaning service in the morning. Shops close by.

Everything was as expected, we had a nice room with a comfortable bed and really nice and clean bathroom.

The location was fine, about 40 min. walk to town centre, but there was bus as well. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, so you can have breakfast or dinner. Room was clean, nice shower and toilet.
