It has a good location, very close to one of the main street in Edinburgh, the room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is outside the bedroom but it is private and we didn´t have any problem.

It’s a lovely Georgian house in Edinburgh’s New Town. It’s immaculately clean and in an ideal position for visiting the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming guest room in Edinburgh. The room is located in a beautiful and tastefully decorated period building, full of character and typical British charm. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always helpful and attentive, which made us feel right at home. The location in the lovely West End is perfect – very central, yet peaceful and quiet. The city centre is within easy walking distance, and the tram stop to the airport is just a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for travel. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh – a perfect blend of comfort, location, and warm hospitality!

The building has a 200-year history - the room was very beautiful. The host was very cordial and helpful. He gave us a city map and recommendations for what to do and where to grab a bite.
