Everything was the quality of an upmarket hotel, very clean. Lovely outdoor space at the back, the artificial grass looks good and is nice to walk on in bare feet, like carpet, the mural adds interest. Good kitchen facilities, continental breakfast. (You may need Google translate, the food is genuine Italian).
