Location is absolutely brilliant a lovely quiet road The room itself was spotless & extremely comfortable, the beds were really comfy also the bathroom was impeccable, our hostess Usha is a lovely friendly lady & nothing is too much trouble for her, we are definitely planning another visit to London & will stay here for sure. The tube station is about 5 mins down the road for the jubilee line which goes straight into town Highly recommend this guesthouse 10/10

Excellent location being easy to find from J4/M1. Close to Queensbury station being just a few minutes away. Received a warm welcome. Room spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. Tea, coffee, water provided, as was cellphone charging facility. A quiet room that delivered a good night’s sleep.. Being able to park my car off the road.
