Great location and if you get the room with a view then you are going to love it. Just cross the street and you are right at the beach. Close to many nice cafes, pubs and restaurants bit far enough from the bustling center to spare you any loud party noises. If you want to explore outside of Eastbourne you are a short drive away from many amazing places too.

The room was ideal for what we needed it for as we were meeting friends and just needed somewhere decent to stay. This is the second time we have stayed so that should indicate it is a nice place.
