The location. Breakfast is OK for the £10 one pays for it. We had a problem within the room, which was swiftly dealt with.

Room was spacious, with bedside lights, tv,tea and coffee facilities. Room carpet a little worn floor uneven and squeaky. Bathroom was adequate but really in need of an upgrade.staff were very accommodating and helpful.
