The fine print
There will be a £20 supplement charge for pets per night.Breakfast is available at the property for all guests, served in either the breakfast lounge, guest bedrooms or the terrace; between 08:00-10:30.Should you wish to cancel your reservation please ensure that you inform the hotel, at least 7 days prior to your check-in date; in order to receive a full refund. If your booking is cancelled within the 7 day window, a one night charge is applied. Additionally, should you wish to shorten your stay, once checked-in, a charge of the following night's stay will be applied.In the event of a shortened stay after check-in, a charge equivalent to one night's rate will apply. This fee is non-refundable and will be assessed regardless of the remaining duration of the original reservation.

The location is perfect, with amazing sea view and also just downstairs there is one bus station that will take you to the seven sisters. The room is very large and the service is also good.

The hotel is right on the beach, very close to the Pier so the location is brilliant. It has a fabulous Art Deco lift which is a thing of beauty. We had a sea view room and could hear the sea too. Very comfortable rooms and helpful staff.
