Location was great and the facilities were great and very clean,would be very happy to stay here again.

The location was very good it was 2 mins walk to the beach and 5/10 walk to Iceland and the city centre. It’s only 12 mins walk to Eastbourne train station.

The inside was well fitted out but the outside and road was very dirty with loads of rubbish. Also a number o youngsters sitting on walls drinking booze and one or two homeless. The terrace was a joke - a very dirty back yard. The rooms were dark and we had to park a distance away so walked everywhere running the gauntlet of rubbish and undesirables. We would NOT recommend because of position
