We stayed at the Sheraton Dusseldorf Hotel for just one night to celebrate a special occasion - my son's 40th birthday . From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was smooth and pleasant . The hotel's location is ideal for travellers, with direct airport access, yet it remains surprisingly quiet and comfortable . Our room was clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a short stay . What truly made the experience memorable, however, was our dinner at Otto Restaurant . We had chosen it for this important celebration, and we could not have been happier . The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious . A special mention must got to our waiter, whose impeccable service and genuine kindness really made the evening feel special . He took the time to ensure everything was perfect for us, offering excellent recommendations and adding those small personal touches that turn a nice meal into a truly memorable occasion . His attentiveness and friendly manner made us feel valued and welcome throughout the night . Thank you to both Sheraton Dusseldorf and Otto Restaurant for helping us create a wonderful memory for this milestone birthday . We would gladly return and highly recommend both the homeland the restaurant to others .

Best location - 90sec from luggage carousel to check-in. The staff were so warm and friendly at a late hour which was appreciated after flight cancellations. Room was clean, shower was terrific and bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff were very lovely. Even just when you would walk past the cleaners in the hallway, they would give you a wave and ask how you were. I really liked the outdoor areas and the little area with the turtles. It was a cute little surprise when we checked in. The robot minibar Jeeves was not working. However, he was a cute addition and I'm sure when he is working it is a fun experience. The hotel itself was lovely and clean. The room's nice and big and room service was always done to a top-tier standard.
