Excellent breakfast, gorgeous setting for the breakfast room as well as the area surrounding the hotel and the rooms; It has a lot of character and a victorian feel. Every little detail was thought through. We were very impressed by the luxury and attention to details.

A fab and comfortable hotel with great staff. The location is great. We were given a free travel card to cover public transport costs during our stay which was a great unexpected bonus. You can get to the centre of the city on the tram very quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only note is that we hadn’t realised that having coffee brought to the room had a cost (no coffee in the room) but the coffee was delicious so we didn’t mind!
