Location was very central to everything. Only downside was the noise in the evenings. On the first 2 days there was a food and music festival set up directly outside the hotel and this made our room at the front of the property extremely noisy in both the day and night. It would have been nice to be pre-warned about the event as it did impact the comfort of our stay. Even on our 3rd night when the event had gone there was a lot of noise throughout the night. I think a room at the back of the Hotel would be a better option.

The room was ok, a bit small, but enough for 2 people's needs, clean, the staff was ok, including breakfast staff. Good breakfast. Location was close to tram and relatively close to tram-metro line, very close to shopping stores. Molton Brown products in bathroom were a nice touch.
