Everything was like it was in the pictures. The villa has everything you could need, coffe maker, electric oven, microwave oven, big TV in the livingroom with internet connection and Netflix, all the glasses, pots and pens, even electric hairdryer for my wife. The Wifi is good. Location was 3 minutes walk from the beach. GPS was a little off but the owner came and picked us up. The beach is generous, fine sand, paid 1000 Lek (around 9.8 euro) for two beach chairs and umbrella. The water was ok, got dirsty with bits of trash and algae on Saturday but during the week was pretty clean.
