We spent 5 days at the Melia hotel in Durres. It is our pleasure to let you know that our stay was magnificent. The place, the pools, the villa we stayed in. All are beautiful taken care of. Beside so many good things to say about the hotel, I would like to mention the wonderful restaurant “The Level” and the manager Altea, and her staff. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was perfect! This includes the staff’s behavior/service, food quality, amenities, facilities and so on. Absolutely would recommend. I would say Elvis at the reception and the girl working in the level private pool building no. 2 (can not remember the name sorry) were the kindest to us 😍
