Very nice apartment, great rooftop with a 360°wiew Located both near the sea (about 5 min walk) and many restaurants and bars. Also very nice owners.

The apartment is very well equipped, there is a fridge (with water, wine and snacks), a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a coffee maker and even coffee and tea. There are also wine glasses, spices and cleaning products. The biggest advantage is the beautiful view from the roof terrace. There are deckchairs, an umbrella, a shower and plants on the terrace. The owner is a very good and helpful person. When we arrived in Tirana, the taxi driver took us to the wrong address and drove away. Vasyl picked us up in Golem and brought us to Durres. We are delighted with the service and the apartment.

Very beautiful, well-equipped apartment with a rooftop terrace and a overview of the city, sea and the hills of durres. The owners were very helping with directions to the apartment + tips for restaurants etc.

First and foremost, Vasily, the owner, is the best host I've ever met. His warm hospitality and attentiveness truly made our stay exceptional. The apartment itself is neat, cozy, and fully functional. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered ensuring guests feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the terrace. It's a stunning space where we spent countless hours watching the breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The location is perfect, with the sea just a five-minute walk away. All the necessary infrastructure is nearby, making it incredibly convenient to access shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Highly recommended!
