I was met at the location on time by the 2 welcoming and smiling ladies, Julia and Natalia, who showed me around the apartment and gave me the keys for the check-in, it was an easy process dealing with wonderful people. The apartment is on the 9th floor and exactly as described, super clean with a lovely balcony and spectacular seaviews. Very good privacy as the building is new, peaceful, and quiet. There is a bus stop directly across the road / bridge where you can get a comfortable bus to Durres or Golem for 1 euro that departs every 30 minutes. If you need groceries, Elba Market is across the road, and the beach on the Adriatik Sea is right there.

Very helpful staff, helping with all kinds of questions. The apartment is in the top floor of the building, so it has a perfect view of the sea. Apartment was also very clean and equipped with everything one would need (utensils, washing machine, soup, toilet papers, towels, etc.) and it is only 2-3 minutes far from the sea ( from building one has to cross the bridge which is over the autobahn and then cross one line of buildings to reach the sea). It is also very close to the bus stop, where the bus between Durres and Golem passes every 30 minutes.
