Ideal location. When we moved rooms it was lovely. Andy the manager was an absolute star and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable.

Very convenient for sightseeing in Durham an easy walk to the centre and plenty of parking space to leave the car on site. Evening meals and breakfast both available.

Extremely warm reception from the staff on arrival. They were very understanding and flexible with check due to train delays. It was a very well-appointed cosy room with great complimentary biscuits to accompany the fine selection of tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was excellent and represented great value for money overall. Its very conveniently located for the railway station and the city itself, whilst being in a relatively quiet secluded spot.They were also kind enough to hold my bag after checkout whilst visiting the city. I highly recommend it.
