The low scores probably reflect my own expectations and perhaps lack of research. Other hotels I stayed in in Vietnam were more luxurious

location is reasonably near to night market, 2 queen bed and clean toilet, friendly staff, free towel loan for ourdoor activity

Wonderful hotel with prime location and really friendly staff. From morning until noon they have their own coffee stall right outside. A superb Bun Cha restaurant is just across the street. The free bus to/from airport is just 50 metres away (if you wanna go to the airport, the bus leaves at the side of the hotel. The night market is less than minutes by foot. Rooms with the higher numbers are facing the street. If you want it quiet, choose rooms ending with 01 and 02. Cash payment is preferred.
